ABC’s disc golf tournament will feature an exciting and inclusive format, designed to level the playing field for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned player or a complete beginner. The game will follow a Best Disc with Scramble format WE CALL IT “ACE’S SCRAMBLE”, which keeps things fun and competitive while ensuring that all players contribute to their team’s success.

Each team will be made up of three players, and we’ll do our best to balance skill levels for fairness. Don’t worry if you’re signing up solo—whether you create your own team or we pair you up with others, everyone will have a chance to shine. Here’s how it works: all players will tee off at the start of each hole, and the team will select the best shot to play from. Then, each player will continue from that spot individually, with the lowest score among the team being recorded for that hole. The team’s final score will be the sum of the best individual scores from each hole.

To keep the competition fair and moving smoothly, standard disc golf rules apply, including out-of-bounds penalties. While we encourage teams to aim for a 5-minute completion per hole to maintain the flow of the event, the time limit will be flexible to ensure everyone enjoys their time on the course without feeling rushed. Each team will also have 5 mulligans (extra chances) to use throughout the round, and we’ll be keeping an eye out for good sportsmanship with a special Spirit Award!

New to disc golf? No worries! We’ve got you covered. As part of your registration, you’ll have the option to purchase your very own set of discs at a special discounted price, making it easy for you to keep playing anytime you like—even after the tournament ends!

Entry is just $30 per player, which includes lunch and some goodies to keep you fueled and ready to play. Whether you’re joining us for the friendly competition, the cause, or just the fun of being outdoors, this event is open to all skill levels and is sure to be a great day for everyone involved.
